Subscription Setup Steps

VPNYZ Subscription Setup Guide

Get your subscription from the user panel, import it into the client for your platform, then check that your websites and tools are accessible. If you already have an account or plan, jump to the relevant step.

Create an account and save your login details

Start at the account creation page in the VPNYZ user panel. No email address required—create your account with a username and password. Before entering your details, make sure you're on the official site. Choose a memorable username, use a unique password, and store it in a trusted password manager. Creating an account and connecting a client are separate steps: once you're in the panel, confirm your plan and then add the subscription to your client.

After submitting, follow the prompts to open your account overview. If you already have an account, sign in with your existing details; there's no need to create another one just to use a different device. VPNYZ supports unlimited devices, and your subscription can be used on supported platforms. When setting up another device, return to this account to get the client and subscription, and check your plan and data allowance in one place.

Before continuing, make sure you can open the account overview and know how to return to the panel. The browser-based panel manages orders, plans, and subscriptions; the client on your device handles the actual connection. Keeping those roles separate helps explain why being able to open the panel doesn't necessarily mean websites will load—you still need to connect through a client.

Choose a Plan and Check Your Order

Once your account is ready, open the plans section in the panel and decide whether you need a monthly plan or a data package. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Consider how you plan to use the connection: text chats, browsing, and extended video streaming all use different amounts of data, so price alone may not tell you which plan is right for you.

If keeping unused data matters more, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. Monthly plans and data packages differ in billing and data rules, not in how you import them into a client. Check the plans page for full pricing and terms. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days; use the adjustment shown in the panel.

After choosing a plan, check the plan name, amount, and payment method on the order page, then follow the prompts to pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Return to the user panel and confirm that the order status has updated and the plan appears in your account overview. Don't assume setup is complete just because you closed the payment page. If the status hasn't updated, refresh the order and keep your payment receipt; don't submit the same order again.

VPNYZ offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for instructions on how to request one. This step is complete when the panel shows an active plan and data allowance—not just when you've created an account. Once your subscription is ready, continue to get the link and client.

Choose a Plan

Get Your Subscription Link from the Panel

Open the account overview and find the subscription section. Use its copy button to get your link. This is not a regular website homepage or an installer URL; the client uses it to retrieve configuration and available routes. You don't need to open the link in a browser—paste it directly into the client's subscription import option. If the panel offers different formats for different clients, choose the one that matches your client's instructions.

Use the panel's copy button to avoid missing the end of the link. Its parameters are part of the full URL, so don't edit them or add quotation marks or other text. If import fails, copy the link again from the panel and check that there are no spaces, line breaks, or duplicate URLs in the input field. Make sure you haven't entered your password or order details in the subscription field.

Treat your subscription link like a login credential and keep it secure. Don't post it in public groups, add it to shared documents, or leave it visible in support screenshots. When reporting an issue, describe the steps you took and the error message. If you think the link has been exposed, check whether the panel offers a reset option or contact support through a ticket.

Import the Client for Your Platform

Sign in and open the panel's download section to find the client and instructions for your operating system. Client downloads are available through the user panel; availability depends on your plan and the panel's instructions. This page doesn't provide direct installer links, and you shouldn't look for similarly named software on unfamiliar download sites. For your first setup, follow the import steps provided in the panel. You can adjust other settings after the connection works.

Open the Client Download Section

Windows: Import the Configuration and Enable the System Proxy

Use a desktop client provided by the panel that supports subscription links. After installing and opening it, go to the configuration or subscription manager and look for an option such as “Import from URL” or “Add subscription.” Paste the link you copied and save it. Some clients ask you to name the configuration; choose a name that's easy to recognize. This is just a local label and doesn't replace the subscription link.

After saving, update or refresh the configuration and check that a route list appears. Set this configuration as the active one, then go to the connection page, choose a route, and enable the system proxy as instructed by the client. If the interface offers a virtual network adapter or another routing mode, follow the panel's recommendation. Don't run multiple proxy apps at the same time. Selecting a configuration and enabling the system proxy are separate steps; seeing routes in a list doesn't mean your browser is using one.

macOS: Add the Subscription and Set System Permissions

Choose a client compatible with your macOS version from the download section, then install and open it using the accompanying instructions. In the configuration or subscription manager, add the link as a remote configuration. Update it, check that routes appear, and select the configuration. If macOS asks you to confirm the app's source the first time you open it, verify where you got it and check the panel instructions. Don't change unrelated system security settings just to continue.

When connecting, the client may request permission to configure network settings or install a network extension. Follow the system prompt to the relevant settings, verify the app name, allow it, then return to the client and check the connection status. If the client uses a system proxy, make sure its switch is on. If it uses a system VPN configuration, follow its prompts to authorize it. After waking your Mac from sleep or changing networks, you can check the connection again; you don't need to reimport the subscription each time.

Android: Add the Subscription and Allow the VPN Connection

Open the Android client from the download section and look for an add option in the home screen menu, configuration page, or subscription page. Choose import from link, paste your subscription, save it, and update. If the interface supports QR codes, use only the one provided in the panel for your account. For your first setup, import the link and make sure the configuration and route list look right before changing convenience settings such as auto-connect.

Select a configuration and route, then tap Connect. Android will usually prompt you to authorize the VPN connection. Make sure the request comes from the client you're using, allow it, and check the connection status in the app. If the connection stops when the app goes into the background, first check its background activity and battery settings, then adjust them as instructed by the client. For detailed steps, see the troubleshooting guide. For now, setup is complete when the connection stays active and the target page opens.

iOS: Import the Subscription and Allow a VPN Configuration

Check the iOS instructions in the panel's download section and follow them to get a client that supports subscription links. If you get it through the App Store, follow the current listing and the client's instructions. In the client, add the link from its subscription or configuration page, save it, and update. The option may be under an add button or in settings. Make sure you're importing a remote configuration, not entering the details of a single route.

After the update completes, select a configuration and route, then connect. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, verify the app name, allow it, and follow the device prompts to confirm. Return to the client to check the connection status, then test it in a browser. For more detailed steps, see iPhone VPN Setup from Scratch. If other VPN configurations are already saved on your device, check which one is active so you don't mistake its status for the connection you just set up.

Linux is also supported by VPNYZ. Check the panel's download section for platform-specific download and import instructions. On any platform, a successful configuration update should display a route list. If the list is still empty or you see a parsing error, go back to the subscription step and check the format and link before connecting. Don't keep switching modes with an empty configuration.

Choose a Route and Test Access

After importing, start with the routing mode recommended by the client and choose a route that meets the target service's regional requirements. Location isn't just about distance: AI tools and streaming services may have their own account, regional, and access rules. A connected status in the client doesn't replace testing the service itself. See the server locations page for route types and the AI guide for factors to consider when accessing AI tools.

First, open a regular webpage you can usually access to make sure your device's basic internet connection is working. Then visit a familiar international website and check that the text and images load. Finally, try the tool you actually need—for example, open ChatGPT and start a normal conversation, or complete a routine task in another service. A changed client icon or a page shell that loads without working content doesn't prove the service is usable.

If your client provides connection logs, check them while visiting the target website to see whether matching requests appear and whether they're routed through the proxy or connected directly. Don't assume the proxy isn't working just because a local website still loads quickly; smart routing may send different websites along different paths. A VPN indicator in system settings only confirms that the system has established a connection. It doesn't mean every app uses the same route.

If regular websites load but the target site doesn't, first check the selected configuration and connection switch, then try updating the subscription or switching to a route that meets the target region's requirements. Change one thing at a time and reload the target page so you can tell what helped. If no websites load, disconnect and check your basic internet connection first, then follow the relevant steps in the troubleshooting guide. Don't start by deleting your account or reinstalling every app.

Setup is complete when the target page opens, you can use the service, and the client logs show a reasonable route for your traffic. To add another device later, use the same account, import the subscription, and test the connection on that device. Check plans and data in the panel; manage connection settings in each device's client. For subscription updates, billing, and common connection issues, see the FAQ. If you need help, submit a support ticket in the user panel with your operating system, client name, steps taken, and error message. Hide account details and your subscription link before sharing screenshots.
