You can create a VPNYZ account with a username and password; an email address is not required. The account system stores your username, password verification information, subscription status and necessary account settings for authentication, access management and service delivery. Email is not required for registration. If you choose to provide an email address when contacting support, it is used only to handle that request.
To calculate available traffic, display plan status and process orders, the service stores account-linked traffic usage, plan changes and order records. Issue descriptions and attachments submitted through support tickets are used to investigate problems. Do not submit passwords, login credentials or complete subscription links.
No-Logs Policy
VPNYZ does not record which websites users visit through the service, store browsing content, destination URLs or DNS query history, or create browsing histories linked to accounts. Cumulative usage for traffic accounting does not include website-level details and cannot be used to reconstruct browsing activity.
While routes are running, temporary session state is processed to support connections, but the source, destination, start time and end time of individual connections are not written to persistent connection logs. Temporary state is released when a session ends or during routine cleanup. Website login security records, order records and support tickets submitted by users are administrative data, not network access logs.
Analytics and Browser Storage
The marketing website uses analytics to understand page views, referral channels, device and browser types, and button clicks, helping improve content and navigation. Analytics are limited to activity on this website and do not cover content on third-party websites accessed through international routes. Do not enter personal information unrelated to your request in page addresses or forms.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain sessions and save language preferences and necessary settings; the user panel's local storage is used to retain login status. You can clear or restrict this data in your browser settings, but may need to log in again or reset your preferences. After logging out, users of public devices should also clear this website's stored data.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or network, and their own rules apply to related pages and transactions. VPNYZ retains the amount, payment status and transaction identifier needed to verify orders, and does not ask users for payment account passwords.
To reconcile payments, operate the website or handle support requests, relevant service providers should receive only the information necessary for the task. VPNYZ does not sell account information or browsing activity data. If information must be provided by law, the basis for the request will be verified and disclosure limited to what is lawful and necessary.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and manage account matters. Order and payment records are retained as needed for reconciliation, refund disputes and applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and analytics data are deleted or de-identified when their purposes have been fulfilled; no unsupported fixed retention period is applied to all data categories.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect subscription management and future support. Transaction records that must be retained by law will be restricted to their required purpose and handled once the retention requirement ends. Related data in backups is removed through routine rotation.
Security Measures and Policy Updates
VPNYZ uses bank-level encryption and necessary access controls to protect service data. Users should keep account credentials and subscription information secure. If you notice an unusual login or exposed information, change your password and describe the issue in a support ticket.
Policy revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Important changes to data use, processing scope or user rights will be announced on the website. Where the law requires separate consent, it will be obtained before the change takes effect.
